Erica works with clients in a caring and gentle way to safely manage pain so you can go back to an active lifestyle.
Our service is a safe & natural approach to restoring balance without the use of prescriptions and surgery. Results will vary but our goal is to help you find a true solution where you will be able to put your pain in the past!
Athletic Recovery Bodywork

Professional athletes understand the need for proper recovery. Without proper recovery we cannot get stronger or perform at our best. This is why professional athletes work with Thai Bodywork practitioners, massage therapists, and use methods such as ice baths.
Our unique method combines elements of physical therapy with classic Thai massage (bodywork.) Erica will warm up the sore muscles, use gentle massage and compression, then work on the mobility and stretching. Our service also helps coach the body by promoting your mind-to-muscle connection so you can release your muscles on command instead of carrying tightness and stress.

Relaxation & Stress Relief
Stress is a major problem in our society. Stress can have a major impact on our energy, focus, relationships, sleep and more. It is important we all find effective ways to manage our own stress levels. Erica specializes in working with clients and helping to manage their stress through Thai bodywork. Many of us carry our stress and it can be felt as tight muscles, stiffness, aches and tension. Thai bodywork is an extremely effective system for helping to body to let go of stress and feel more relaxed.
The health benefits of yoga are vast. It can be even more beneficial to do yoga in groups with friends. Erica will come to your office or event and lead group yoga sessions for groups of all sizes. This is a great way for beginners to get started with yoga or for work teams to bond together in a productive shared activity.
15 minute chair massages, on location at your office. Erica will bring all the needed supplies and stay for a 1/2 or full day. We ask that a minimum of 5 people receive chair massages when we come to your office.
This services is for clients who are struggling with one specific area where they may have an injury, tightness or pain. Focused treatments typically last 30-45 minutes and are perfect for a shoulder problem, hip, knee, or lower & upper back issues.
Erica uses a system of energy healing similar to Qigong & Reiki which are well known in the East and becoming more widely accepted in the West. This holistic system uses light touch and has a strong foundation in spirituality but treats the body as a large interconnected system.
Mental Health Service
One of Erica’s main services is focusing on the mental health of her clients using a holistic approach. When our body’s are healthy and we we feel physically better, it is then much easier to feel less stressed and more at peace. The human body is a large, vast, interconnected system and must be treated as such.
