Holistic Integrated Thai Therapy (HITT)
Training the body using Thai massage & modern physical therapy techniques
Holistic Integrated Thai Therapy is a modern physical therapy technique based on ancient Thai bodywork blended with physical therapy. Our method involves retraining the body to be more balanced and functional. This process involves elements of compression therapy, gentle massage, mobility training, stretching and more.
Sessions can last anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on your needs. Most clients experience clear benefits after the first session and tremendous progress after 3-4 sessions. Thai massage (bodywork) is a great natural option for pain management, athletic recovery, and for anyone who has an active lifestyle or general muscle tightness/stiffness. Holistic integrated thai therapy is also very beneficial for mental health as the body and mind are interconnected. When the body is functioning at its best it is much easier to feel better. Furthermore, having the personal attention of a therapist listening to your needs and working for your betterment has many therapeutic benefits.
Our Thai bodywork is a fully clothed therapy that takes place on the floor on a Thai therapy mat. We will come to your location and perform the therapy service in the comfort of your home, office, or hotel. Erica will first discuss your situation and goals to find out what service is best suited for your needs. As she begins to work she will get feedback from your body based on the mobility and flexibility of key muscles/joints. For this reason, every session is unique for each client and custom tailored to your body.
Erica is an experienced practitioner who has been working with clients for years. Before she pursued an education in Holistic Integrated Thai Therapy she worked with clients on yoga, personal training, health coaching, and has also written a number of published health articles. Hear what clients are saying about my services!
Erica is extremely good at Thai bodywork. I didn’t know much about it beforehand and had been dealing with a shoulder problem as well as generally tight muscles from prolonged sitting. After the session I felt like I could run a marathon lol. Highly recommend!Greg Letellier
Erica is beyond anything I’ve had from a traditional massage therapist. Her personality, attention to detail and caring about her clients is second to none.
Erica doesn’t just use a pre-prepared style. She finds each individual’s needs and works on flexibility and tension release with therapeutic healing hands.
As a former massage therapist, I can honestly say no one has ever taken better care of my body’s health and wellness than Erica. She is an absolute delight.Brandon Rich
